LB Real Estate was established in 2022. It was founded by LB Investment group. In the wake of the COVID-19, we’ve witness how it hit the rental market. There were landlords who were afraid to even leave their homes in fear of the virus. So how were they suppose to properly manage their properties? That was the first problem we wanted to address. Secondly, having to find tenants and in some cases, evict tenants, is a very stressful and time consuming process.
We believe in order to establish a successful business, you will need to seek out problems and issue, and offer people resolutions. So why not take all the burdens of managing a property off property owner’s hands. Here is where we come in.
