A monthly inspection is conducted of the common areas and outside of the property. We will clean the common area of the property
During the monthly inspection, we will discard any loss trash in the common area along with trash outside the property.
After a snowstorm or snow day, we will remove snow from the walkways and stairs leading to the front and back door. We will also apply salt to the walkways and driveways. We work with outside vendors who remove snow from the driveway after major snow storms at an additional fee.

For those who want to pay their rent the old school way, we will send reminders leading up to their rent due date. We can also schedule a time to pick up the rent from your tenants.
If you have a vacant property or apartment, and are looking to have a long term tenant living there, we will advertise you property, conduct showings, run background checks, and draft a lease agreement that caters to your needs
After we find a tenant for you, our placement fee is the first month rent from the tenant.
Our eviction fee is $500 per eviction.
We will send your tenants a thirty day eviction notice. If your tenant does not vacate your property, we will file an eviction with your district court. The filing fees are included in the eviction fees.
If there is a need for a hearing, we will represent you at the hearing if you cannot attend.
